Welcome to YourWiki! We're here to help you get started with your wiki as quickly as possible. Below is a list of the three different types of wikis that we provide here. The one you will choose should be fairly easy to tell in most situations, but if you ever need help, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Personal Wiki
A Personal Wiki is explained very well by its name. Basically, it is a wiki that is mainly on for you to edit on. You can do whatever you want with it; most people store things such as lists, documents, notes, and more. And best of all, the base package for Personal Wikis is free! That's right, you can get it for no cost at all. Of course, you also have options to customise your wiki. For example, you have the option of making your wiki private if you have sensitive information on it. This means that only you and people you specify are able to read and edit the pages of your wiki. This private option also includes the removal of all advertisements on your personal wiki as an added bonus.
Public Wiki
Public Wikis are wikis that are created and are meant to be used as a tool for collaborating with others. Generally, Public Wikis are about a specific topic. Some examples include the Pokémon Wiki and the Jonathan Park Wiki. Just like Personal Wikis, Public Wikis are free. We offer a very affordable add-on if your community decides that you would like to have advertisements removed from the pages of your wiki.
Premium Wiki
Premium Wikis include the best features that we have available to offer. First of all, we've included a host of extensions for your wiki that will extend the capabilities of what you can do with it. Mainly, these extensions are to facilitate the customisation of your wiki, and they let you run your wiki completely the way you want. For example, you're free to add more Namespaces as needed, and other things such as that. Premium Wikis are perfect if you want to try using a wiki for internal collaboration, if you want to use a wiki for a class project, and much, much more. The possibilities are endless. Premium Wikis will get priority support from our team of Helpers and Staff. If you are hosting sensitive information on your premium wiki, make it private for no extra cost!
